Gentle, supportive, and relaxing, this is a practice of self care.

We use props, and comfortable postures held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit.

So give yourself time to slow down, unwind and reset. Create support for just what you need as you sink deeply into your restful postures.

No experience needed, this relaxing session is suitable for everybody.
